General Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We’re happy to consider a refund under the following conditions:

  • The issue is related to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or damaged item)

  • Item is damaged during transit

Note: For opened or used items, refunds may be offered only in special cases and at the discretion of our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations
