Processing & Shipping Times

Once you place your order, here’s what to expect:

  • 0–6 hours: Your order is processed and scheduled for shipping. (During this time, you may request cancellations or modifications to your order.)

  • 1 - 2 business days: Your order is shipped and you will receive your tracking information. (Order cancellation and modifications is not possible)

  • 3-8 business days: Your order is in transit. Please note: Your order travels internationally. No worries, your handcrafted package is safely on its way.

  • 9 - 12 business days: Your order reaches your local carrier for final delivery. You can keep tracking your package as it moves toward your doorstep.

Note: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@mela-pure within 6 hours of placing your order so we can process the cancellation promptly.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with no extra customs or duties charged to you.

International orders may take a bit longer due to customs clearance and local courier processing. We appreciate your patience as your parcel moves through these necessary steps before reaching your doorstep.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. This includes all necessary details such as house or apartment number, street name, postal code, and contact number.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may cause delays in processing and shipment. In such cases, Melapure will attempt to contact you via email to verify and confirm your address. Orders will remain on hold until complete information is provided.

If a package is returned to Melapure due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, additional fees may apply for reshipment. Melapure is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate shipping information submitted at checkout.

Delivery Confirmation

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check your mailbox, front porch, and with neighbors or building management who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  • If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us at info@mela-pure.com within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

To proceed with an investigation and offer a possible reshipment or refund, we kindly request that you obtain a Certificate of Non-Delivery (or official proof of non-receipt) from your local post office or carrier. This document helps us file a claim with the shipping provider and verify the non-delivery status.

Once received, please send a copy of this certificate along with your full name, order number, shipping address, and phone number to info@mela-pure.com for further assistance.

Order Verification & Fraud Protection

To protect our customers and business, all orders are subject to verification. This may include confirming billing information. Orders flagged for inconsistencies may be delayed or canceled.

Proof of Delivery

We rely on tracking confirmation provided by our shipping partners to verify successful delivery.
If a package is marked as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, this is considered proof of fulfillment.
